Physical Electronics Chair

The Physical Electronics Chair was established in September 2000. It was created in conjunction with the launch of the department of Technical Physics, Institute of Physics. Among the main tasks The Physical Electronics Chair has been upgrading the Laboratory of Electronics and the launching new laboratories for students, including the Renewable Energy Laboratory. From the scientific aspect, the Physical Electronics Chair traditionally maintained a broad scientific program in the field of electron transport in magnetic low-dimensional structures, which started in 1995. Since 1995 Physical Electronics Chair has been running the Laboratory of High Magnetic Fields. The Physical Electronics Chair is working at the moment with 10 employees, including 8 full time faculties, one staff member from the engineers and technical field and one PhD student. The Physical Electronics Chair carries out a key (strategic) project of the PO Infrastructure and Environment Complex of teaching and research of Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Center University of Rzeszów "- an investment of 18 million EUR, to be completed by 2012. Physical Electronics Chair staff carries out one research about Magneto-spectroscopy double quantum wells.
